Ingredients:
- Left over chicken breast, shredded
- Jar salsa
- Two slices of bread or tortilla wrap, buttered on one side
- One-tablespoon cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Preheat sandwich maker according to the manufacturers directions. Place one slice of bread butter side down in sandwich maker. Mix shredded chicken with salsa and place one to two tablespoons of mix on bread. Layer on cheddar cheese. Top with a slice of bread, butter side up. Close and lock lid.
